We maintain a constant feedback loop throughout the process. After the approval of the architectural concept, functionality of the interior layout, we switch to the exterior component of the project.

We work on the usability of each space, external decorative materials and the integration of the project with the surrounding landscape. The result of this stage is a comprehensive conceptual design of the project, taking into account all the necessary design requirements.

At this stage, we develop an ergonomic solution for the interior of your home, create drawings describing all the necessary components - decor, decoration, lighting, filling with furniture and ensuring the functionality of spaces.

The product is a set of work plans and drawings with solutions for design, lighting, heating, plumbing, electricity, etc. The stage also includes an extensive three-dimensional visualization of the interior of the house, and specially compiled statements of materials, furniture, equipment and decor items.
